Atelier Ordering & Client Terms
By placing an order with Gentleman's Consigliere, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Exchange Policy.
1. Order Placement & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We operate transparently with Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh. When placing an order, patrons must provide a genuine recipient name, active telephone number, and accurate delivery address. Prior to dispatch, our concierge team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify order details and fit preferences.
2. Mandatory Acceptance at Checkout
To ensure clarity between our atelier and patrons, checking the Terms & Conditions box at checkout is required. By checking this box, you formally confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Exchange Policy.
3. Refund & Size Exchange Policy
Both refunds and size exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date, provided all garment tags, labels, seals, and product condition remain completely intact, unworn, and unwashed with all original packaging.
4. Sizing & Tailoring Proportions
Our garments are tailored with classic gentleman's proportions. Detailed size guides (chest, sleeve, length, shoulder) are provided on each garment page. If you are uncertain about sizing, our WhatsApp Concierge is available to recommend the ideal size before you order.
5. Intellectual Property
The "Gentleman's Consigliere" name, "GC" monogram, brand logos, stationery card designs, photography, and editorial writings are the exclusive intellectual property of Gentleman's Consigliere.
